My goal is to provide you with personalised and evidence-based guidance to achieve your health and wellness goals.
I offer an initial 15 minute consultation over the phone or video, free of charge. This gives us a chance to discuss your health goals and see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to work together, I recommend a minimum of three months of regular sessions. This allows us to build healthy habits gradually and address any challenges along the way.
Integrative nutrition is a holistic approach that considers the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of health. It combines conventional nutrition with complementary medicine practices to promote wellness and prevent disease.
Key principles include individualization, a preference for whole foods, balance and moderation, the interconnectedness of nutrition and emotional health, and the use of nutrition for disease prevention.
