ABOUT ME
Personal trainer and fitness coach. Since I was a child, sports have been an essential part of my life: my father encouraged me to participate in races and try different disciplines, until I found my passion in athletics. From that moment, I knew I wanted to be a coach.
I received my training at the High Performance Center in Madrid as an elite athlete and pursued a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences.
I soon began working in gyms, and with time, I made the decision to venture out on my own.
With over 10 years of experience in helping individuals achieve their goals, I adapt to each challenge and continuously pursue further learning to ensure mutual progress. Today, I join Lidia's project with full energy and commitment.
