My name is Lidia Díaz. I have spent many years working in the field of computer science as a developer, but my deep interest in eating habits and their impact on health has led me to graduate in Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
My goal is to apply my knowledge to guide people towards healthy eating habits and a better quality of life.
I’m a lifelong learner, always eager to expand my knowledge.
My career has taken me to various countries, including Spain, France, and Germany. This international experience has broadened my perspective and allowed me to appreciate cultural diversity.
I am passionate about guiding individuals towards a healthier lifestyle through dietary and lifestyle adjustments. It is incredibly rewarding to witness how small changes in daily habits can lead to significant and lasting improvements in their well-being.
